Over a year, frequent sessions with my Polaroid camera produced more than two hundred images.
quiet concerts, authenticity, collaborative dance, unstaged
The images accumulate like days passing, and double exposures collapse memories into one frame.
Some moments recede into the mass, while others insist on being remembered.

Simone Jones is a Nashville-based photographer focused on capturing universal emotions and fleeting moments. Drawn to photographing people and their interactions with diverse environments, her work explores themes of passing time, identity, the history of aesthetics, the psychology of image-making, and historical storytelling.
Through an evolving body of work across various projects and mediums, she continues to refine her visual language while following creative instincts.
She has completed commissioned work for a range of clients, including fitness brands, medical offices, festivals, family and school portraits, and engagements.
